Fall 2026: BIKES

Launched in Spring 2025, the BIKES project aims at creating a moving networked musical instrument with four cargo bikes, each equipped with a PA loudspeaker and a Raspberry Pi – all connected via WiFi, running SuperCollider and other free tools. Building on the previous semesters, the Fall 2026 class continues developing the instrument and the repertoire written for it, working towards a series of public interventions in the Atlanta area.
