Four BIKES bikes in front of the Fox Theatre at Atlanta Streets Alive.

L42i presented BIKES at Atlanta Streets Alive as a moving public sound project. Project notes from immediately after the event record observations about photographs, audibility in street noise, synchronized playback, audience encounters, and ideas for distance-based interaction. The activation continued the project’s use of four networked audio bicycles as an instrument for situated practice in Atlanta’s public space.
